SUV is Sport Utility Vehicle. Kind of a group name for all those big
tired, off road capable(parttime 4wd/fulltime 4wd/awd) and special suspensed
wagons or boxed pickups. Jeep should be one typical brand for this.
One significant advantage of SUV should be the hauling capacity, can
haul sport gears like boats and jetskis.
Some automakers may have other interesting name for this, like SAV(sport
activity vehicle)... but they are mainly targeted for outdoor |
