最近要renew 租房合同 (穷鬼, 买不起房)
我要求房东加一个early termination条款.
具体内容, 是房东草拟的. 房东写的是:
"Any party may terminate this lease agreement with an early lease
termination date (before December 31st, 2022) by giving notice. Any party
desiring to terminate this lease arrangement early shall give at least 30
days prior written notice with a specified date for both move-out and lease
termination to the other party."
关于提早结束合同, 就这一条.
这一条就要求提早30天通知, 没说啥penalty, early termination buyout, forfeit
of security deposit之类的.
那我的理解就是, 对我和房东来说, 结束合同, 没有任何经济损失.
