种情况下本来车距只有 6 秒时间反应，扣除惊讶发呆反应慢，只有 5 秒，能不能刹住
就全很悬了。
要是能看到前面两辆车，基本可以避免这种险情，因为最前面的车换道走了，你还有 9
-1=8 秒时间刹车，大概齐够用了。
前面如果是弯道，就只有提前减速防止弯道过去后碰到路障车需要急刹。
现在的驾驶辅助啥的都还没法预防这种情况。。。 |

get the whole point of this post. Tesla autopilot can already monitor
multiple cars in front of itself very accurately so none of the scenario
