The company had planned for an annual production of 20,000 Taycans. Due to
higher than expected interest, Porsche decides to increase production
capacity, Blume says in an interview with autogazette.de.
July 2019: Porsche Taycan reservations have hit 30,000 deposits, according
to Bloomberg and Porsche HR head Andreas Haffner in an interview with German
business publication Handelsblatt.
