When I called after a flat tire because AUTOPILOT crashed into the sidewalk
I had to wait 15 minutes before I got some Indian call center worker on the
phone. Speaking English while I'm in Holland. This was a very
incompetent person that basically told me exactly the opposite of what his
colleague told me the day before. ( It happened the night before and they
told me to call back in the morning ).
In the end i'm not helped and am left to fair for myself finding a new
tire ( which nobody has because Tesla cars use the strangest tire size) and
once I find a tire I can call them again for a tow to a tire center.
Tesla should:
-Enhance autopilot to not crash into sidewalks.
-Tesla should not use an Indian call center or hire competent people there.
-Provide nation wide tire service and not just 18 kilometers from a TESLA
service center which I fall out of.
-Maybe start using more standard tire sizes which can be easily found and
bought in most tire shops.
