control on westbound Colorado 160 and ran off of the right side of the
roadway colliding with a concrete barrier about 4 p.m. on March 15. Wang got
out of the vehicle while it was in motion and was walking alongside the
vehicle attempting to assist the rear passengers, according to State Patrol,
when a second westbound vehicle, a 2014 GMC SUV driven by Michael Wagliardo
