点推三阻四，因为他们不repair只会replace parts。他们怕对方保险公司不付全部的
replace的钱，如果对方保险公司认为repair就可以而不需要replace的话。
dealer让我去找和他们合作的auto shop修，可是我担心别的修车铺修了车后会影响我
这个车在dealer那里的warranty吗？万一以后车哪儿坏了他们会不会不认？会说是车祸

Most dealers don't have body shop. You will need to take it to a good local
body shop. Since your car is new, they will replace most damaged parts with
new OE parts (it's better to replace than repair). Your foremost concern is
to restore your car to previous new condition.
Yes, the replaced parts will have different warranty. For example, let's say
your rear bumper is replaced. It only would only have one year warranty but
most body shop provide lifetime warranty on their paint job.
Keep in mind, once the bumper is damaged by accident, its warranty is
already voided. |

如果我坚持让dealer换bumper，是不是dealer就得继续提供warranty？dealer估计了一
下，他们换和保险公司估价的修也就差200刀左右。

it and they charge $200 on top of that. Also new bumper warranty will be

发帖数: 505 | 11 是dealer certified。现在主要也是怕里面还有什么零部件损伤，这也是dealer 担心
保险公司不付的考虑。因为bumper是小事，但是里面要是有坏了，他们不修只换，但保
险公司不同意的话，dealer就会stuck在那里。保险公司的意思也是，好比屋顶漏水，
他们觉得修就行但是dealer非要换屋顶，他们也不会同意的。
唉，真是倒霉，还有不到一个月就要生娃了，还得费神跟保险公司扯。 |
