发帖数: 94 | 1 forester 2014，前面bumper撞裂了，有一道十几公分的口子，然后下面的罩子撞掉了
丢了，估计是得换整个bumper了，所以是应该去dealer换原厂的还是去body shop呢？
以及有人知道换bumper一般多少钱呢？

发帖数: 5723 | 2 都可以，Dealer通常也是外包给外面口碑较好的body shop，换整个Bumper如果自己买
OEM的拿去喷漆装好大概$1000-1500之间。

口碑的Body Shop至少也会收你$500 paint+installation。$600那种根本保证不了OEM
Parts或Factory New Condition。
Dealer大概收$1800-2000，多出来的钱就是Dealer自己赚的。

下面那个罩子没有了但是是不是不好。求指点。

发帖数: 5723 | 8 No, this is not true, a good body shop will use OEM parts as first priority
unless the part is not available. Two of my local shops(I have dealed before
) were using OEM parts(one BMW and one Lexus), they ordered from local
dealer directly. There are also many dealers/places sell OEM body parts
online and prices are very fair.
In my experience if the car is very popular and also an inexpensive model,
after market parts are OK. But if you have a high end model you better use
OEM only.

ordered the parts myself. I know these two body shops normally order OEM
body parts from local dealer, of course the price is higher though.
High end should be something like Porsche or certain MB/BMW model over 100K(
S550,M5,etc) at least.

Also how many people will buy the part then bring to the shop asking for
paint.
I rather using those time do something else make more money.
I know those 2 shops you talking about. Something they never tell you how
to do the Job.

发帖数: 5723 | 12 Why not? I didn't change the whole bumper, I repainted certain places and
replaced some trims so order these parts was easy and fast, wasn't it?
If the whole bumper or panel need to be replaced then of course thats
another story.
