Building on the success of the new Atlas and Tiguan’s guarantee, the People
First Warranty will offer customers who buy a 2018 model-year VW (except e-
Golf) a six year or 72,000 mile (whichever occurs first) New Vehicle Limited
Warranty – the longest bumper to bumper transferable warranty in years and
mileage among major American car and SUV brands.
The People First bumper-to-bumper New Vehicle Limited Warranty runs for six
years or 72,000 miles, whichever occurs first, and includes coverage for
powertrain components including the engine and transmission.2 Whether it’s
the new available driver-assistance technologies in the 2018 Golf, the
optional new 1.8-liter turbo engine in the Passat or the 4Motion all-wheel-
drive of the grippy Golf R, VW has confidence in its vehicles.
The People First Warranty also stands out from the rest of the crowd. Many
of VW’s direct competitors such as Honda and Toyota typically offer
coverage of three years or 36,000 miles, and separate powertrain coverage up
to five years or 60,000 miles. Even luxury brands like Lincoln and Infiniti
offer four years or 50,000 miles for basic coverage and six years or 70,000
miles on powertrains.
The People First Warranty transfers to subsequent owners for the remainder
of its six-year or 72,000-mile coverage – helping protect your investment
in a new VW. It comes standard on all 2018 Volkswagen models, with the
exception of the electric 2018 e-Golf, which will carry a bumper-to-bumper,
3-year or 36,000 mile (whichever occurs first) New Vehicle Limited Warranty
as well as an eight-year, 100,000-mile High Voltage Limited System warranty
on its battery. |

应该是除了纯电动搞二夫(eGolf)以外 2018 所有型号都有 6年/72000 mile b2b
warraty 啊。也包括那些还没换代的老型号比如 Jetta，Golf/GSW/GTI/R，Passat，
Beetle。

车在国内是大件，而且速腾是菜车里的高档货，自然装修比美国的好些，
美国这里的jetta 1.4T 要和烤肉拼成本，自然装修差点，都是被丰田偷工减料逼的，
以前人民汽车比同类型菜车高半档，重量也是同级别菜车里最大的。
