昨天收到dealer 22号发的信要求cancel contract，
说"seller is unable to assign the contract to any one of the financial
institutions with whom seller regularly does business under an assignment
acceptable to seller".
最后要求还车前讨论别的贷款或者租车的可能性。
原文：
“please contact us immediately by phone, text or email prior to returning
the car to discuss other financing and or leasing options that may be
available for you."
这种情况下，重新要和dealer谈贷款还是自己找银行拿贷款？

周末帮朋友买车。
三点钟到dealer 那里，前后磨了4个小时，期间在贷款的时候，朋友信用不好，dealer
通过各种途径价钱，最后取了车。报价如下，
17 Pacifica LX base MSRP 30585 sale price 24400
OTD 25340=24400+24400*(7.5+2.5)%-1500.
7.5% tax, 2.5% title, 1500 rebate.
最后做了贷款，5000 down pay+500（旧车trade in）.
最后是378/月， 60 months， 朋友信用一般，低于700。给了5年免费保养。
最后拿到车已经8：30pm了。
