The Governor signed SB 838 on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, removing the
statutory limit and allowing DMV to issue additional Green Decals.
Individuals that have submitted an application and have been in queue for
these decals will be contacted by the department to submit payment.
是否表明绿标目前没有数量限制？
买了list中的车之后，跟DMV申请即可拿到？
