finally went to buy a pedobear decal today (dec 27th). I wasnt sure where to
actually buy pedobear decals but a google search seemed to indicate

发帖数: 267 | 50 先吐槽一下，昨天四月最后一天，上班途中被警察拦住，当时有两辆警车，三个警察，
过往的每个车辆都要检查，除了我的，还有好几个也被停下来在排队。他们还挺会选的
，在桥底下，下雨也淋不到。先是说我stop sign 没有full stop。我说不可能，我其
实一直开车注重交通规则的，我是从小路拐上大路的，等了好几辆车过去我才右拐的，
至少有半分钟，居然说我没有full stop？后来说我没有车年检，这个我就不清楚了，
这些都是我老公弄的，反正驾照什么的都要走了，我就等等吧。等的过程中，我看到车
里跟registration放在一起的一张纸，上面写着在新泽西新车头五年是不需要年检的。
我们的车是2009年8月在麻州买的，去年在这里registration的。那张纸上写着要申请
个inspection decal number，可是我老公估计那时没注意，我们并没有申请。Ticket
出来上面写的是：failure to display approval certificate。就现在来讲我们的车
