I was injured in a car accident. However, I used my health insurance to pay
my medical bills because I did not know if my auto insurance (Massachusetts
) PIP was going to cover them. Later I found out that my PIP could pay part
of
the bills, $2000 in Massachusetts.
My question is: can I ask my auto insurance send me a $2000 check, if my
medical bills is more than $2000. Thanks! | T*********s

car insurance to send me a $2000 check, then use it to pay health insurance,
my copay, and deductible.
