不了，打电话叫警察，警察说没有人员受伤他们不来，结果对方态度还行，承认权责，
给了联系方式和保险号码，我们全保，有两个证人。
现在的问题是，车应该由拖车公司拖到哪里？bodyshop还是dealer那里？ 拖到dealer
那里，他们给修么？已经报告了我们的保险公司，下面要做什么呢，怎么跟dealer说？

发帖数: 609 | 5 Judging from what you described, you have NOTHING to worry about.
1. The other party has admitted it was their fault (you are lucky, please
read your insurance card, on the back, usually the first sentence - "do not
admit fault under any circumstances"). So that being said, their other party
's insurance will/should take care of everything. Plus you have two
witnesses who will be very helpful if there is any trouble.
2. If you feel pain or anything wrong, you are entitled for medical
attention/treatments/compensation - all will be covered by the other party's
insurance, and in some states, $2500 from your own insurance company (PIP)
- it is said not to increase your insurance premium, but to get a bit more
money for yourself to keep. If you feel necessary, find a lawyer - he/she
will be glad to have a client like you, since item 1 - the other party has
admitted fault. Your attorney will help you get, hopefully, more money.
3. In my opinion, you are responsible for letting your dealer know the
situation. And you also probably should let your own insurance company know
(at least for the PIP), and if you have full coverage, they will help you.
4. Tow truck should be paid by the other party's insurance. Had you called a
cop, the cop would have taken care of that for you. Since it has passed
that, I do not know what to do either, but the answer should come from a.
the other insurance; b. your dealer; c. your own insurance if you have full
coverage.
5. Sorry to hear about the accident, but wish everyone is fine. And do not
worry about anything, especially it was not your fault. The person who is
really worried is the other driver, since his/her insurance company could
easily spend $50 to $100k on this case (if you claim bodily injury and loss
of wage, etc, otherwise just your car), and he/she will pay much higher
premium next year.
