都是没用code 的情况
最后在本地买了 去外地买 开车回来是个问题
最后在union county,nc 买的 32750 不收graduate discount，不收dream code(我本
来也没有，怕买来的会出问题)。
nc 税 3%
sale price 差不多都在31000左右
Pohanka Honda of Chantilly的sale price 最低 30,772 但是他们要多收150的外州费用
最后 这个graduate discount 500 off，dealer会从honda那里拿到500块么？ 貌似
dealer 都太愿意给用啊 | W*****w
