是不是说让我去clerk's office定个上厅日，然后
在上庭日交罚金并参加上庭？但不让Trail by declaration？
我本来是想要求Trail by written declaration的。
我不知道“No other options are available to you and you are not eligible for
a Trial by Declaration” 是指 If your appearance is mandatory， 还是不管
appearance 是mandatory 还是OPTIONAL的情况. 直觉是两种情况都不让Trail by
declaration？

变这个。
以前也有人问过关于这个一模一样的几句话。觉得有可能是想说If your appearance
is mandatory才you are not eligible for
a Trial by Declaration，但是打的语法不好，漏了“and”和多了个句号。（但是其
实这样也是错的。就算arraignment的appearance是mandatory，trial也可以是by
written declaration的。）
反正你不用管就是了。
arraignment就是plead guilty或not guilty的。可以亲自去arraignment或通过邮件
plead guilty或not guilty。跟着如果你plead not guilty就有trial。trial可以in
court或by written declaration。（跟着如果by written declaration输了还可以要
trial in court。） |
