她妈的，而且还没保险。和我的保险公司打了电话，给我两个选择：一是走我自己的
deductable修车；另外是给保险10天时间，由公司先发信联系owner确认保险事宜（估
计然后再商谈赔偿？）。
无论如何，如果对方不理睬，或者干脆说没钱。我是不是只有认了自己掏腰包？ | q****q

motorist保险不用交deductible。
2. 司机是不是车主无关。一般车的保险保险就保所有开这辆车的人。你不确定人家车
主是否有保险。 |
