I am not in CA, my volt otd was $3200 off MSRP (6.25% tax), before any tax
incentives.
I could have shaved another $1000 if I read about the Chevy private cash
incentive on this board. go to truecar.com, select chevy volt, check out the
"View Incentives" link

which has 1000 incentive included already.

I was talking about the "OTD price". in that regard, yours is only $1200
off MSRP.
I have the fully loaded model, MSRP 40650.
