From leasehackr.com
If you own a Chevy Volt and are a Costco member, there are some CRAZY
incentives being offering by Chevy for a 24 month lease on a 2016 Chevy
Cruze Limited 1LT Automatic. If you have a current lease in the household
and don't own a VOLT, you can take advantage of a 1500 lease conquest
incentive instead of the 2500 volt loyalty incentive... The trick to this is
that you must find a bonus tagged car and have a dealer willing to deal -
strive for a sale price of 10-11% off MSRP before incentives.
To do this, visit Chevy's site here [chevrolet.com], search by trim: "1LT
Automatic" and then look for dealers that have cars with a red box that says
"Chevy Holiday Bonus" tag. Contact the dealer or visit in person to test
drive and show you are serious, as they will be more likely to work on a
great deal. Let them know you are shopping "selling price" and that you are
looking at a selling price before incentives. Do not mention you are leasing
or looking for a specific "monthly payment."
For more information and help, visit LeaseHackr [leasehackr.com] or the
following forum on GM-Volt.com [gm-volt.com]
Total incentives that apply to the lease of these vehicles total nearly 7k
and are as follows:
GM Financial CCR $1,700
Incremental Bonus Customer Cash $1,075
Chevrolet Bonus Cash (16-40AK:0) $1,000
GM Volt Loyalty Conquest Cash $2,500 (or 1500 if you have competitor lease)
Costco Card (if Business Elite member) $700 - must register at Cosco site.
Total Incentives $6,975
The Costco card comes in the mail after the sale and helps to sweeten the
deal and can lower your effective monthly payment. You must register for the
promo on Costco's site [costcoauto.com] for the holiday promotion to be
eligible for the gift card AND the supplier pricing.

If I subtract the $700 Cosco card, my effective cost over the entire lease
is -$23.80, a money maker. Chevy paid me to take this car off their hands
for two years, which is crazy! Leasing may not be for everyone, so haters
move on - please feel free to add information to the wiki to help others out
