Got a speed in NY:
Speed in zone 60mph (45 mph limit)
Local Criminal COurt other than a traffic ticket.
A Peal of Guilty to This Charge is equivalent to a conviction after trail.
If you are convicted, not only will you be liable to a penalty, but in
addition your license and your certificate of registration, if any, are
subject to suspension and revocation as prescribed by law.
Please give me some suggestions about what I should do about this case. |

Why is it in a local criminal court other than a traffic court? Is is
normal to go to a local criminal court when a driver gets one speed ticket? |

你hearing day之前去找district attorney问问能有什么plead bargain，一般都是max
fine no points你这种情况 |

真的没事，只是speeding，警察一般一天抓几十个，就是交钱
