Guess it depends how many people usually ride in the car, but it will be
very difficult to put your kids in and get them out of their car seats if
they are in the 3rd row. And I believe the 2nd row is the safest place in
the car.

center of 2nd row is safest. I wouldn't put kids in 3rd row unless it's
extra large suv.
