Forget all the options, registration, and dealer fees, they have huge profit
on the car already. Just pay $13971 and register the car pay tax yourself,
registration+title should not cost more than $100.
Now the question is why you have to get a used car? A brand new car with
full warranty could be had for a few thousand more, yet you have to have a

You should not look at the KBB price, but what the car is really worth.
As much as I would like to buy used cars, I had to buy new in my last two
purchases, because I just don't think any used cars on the market is worth

(1) new to the U.S., no credit score, if do the financing, interest rate
would be high.
(2) for Toyota Camry, a brand new car would be 21000~23000, which is the
price I can not afford. Also I am worried about its depreciation.

compact没那么大区别，但旧车跟新车的区别就大了，除非你能碰到那种非常decent的
private seller或者是CPO的，大部分dealer卖的旧车都很垃圾，如果是碰上那种只卖
旧车的dealer就更垃圾。我之前也曾经想过买辆3年旧的车，但test drive一圈以后再
试了下新车，天壤之别，想都没想就去买新车了。
