我是超级新手
我在北加，3月上旬吃了张ticket，当时在限速35的地方跑到了52，被岔路口的警察盯
上。当时运气也够不好的，因为是放绿灯以后的第一个，前面没车子，就稍微大意了些
，说起来也是按平时大家都开的速度，只是我跑在最前面，不抓我抓谁。
而且更悲剧的事由于没经验，在警车给我拉警笛以后我还开了一小段。因为我不确定是
不是要立刻停车，所以我慢慢的一直走到了零点几迈以外的一个熟悉的停车场才停车。
后来警察给了我两个原因
1. CVC 22350 Unsafe Speed
2. CVC 21806(a) Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle
而且上面写着在4月15号前或者当天appear at court.
然后今天收到了寄来的notice，上面说，
1. 如果直接交钱交856
2. 或者， you are eligible to traffic school. The bail amount to attend
traffic school is 624
3. Due Date 是5月28
实在是太贵了。。。而且我想问：
1. 如果上学校，he bail amount to attend traffic school is 624 是啥意思？是
我需要交624+上课费用吗，相当于把856 waive成了 624（当然还要加上上课费）的意
思吗？ 还是说其实是856+624+上课费，好处是没记录？希望是前者。。。
2. 为啥这个Dual Date又退后了，那我究竟按哪个？
3. 这么多钱我其实想argue一下，但是我实在也觉得我没道理，如果trial的话，我该
说啥理由呢？ |

traffic school fee。但是好像如果你有多个罪的话，就反而更便宜，因为traffic
school的钱只考虑最贵的那个罪。

输了再上庭。
你要先在5月28号前跟法庭说你plead not guilty（可以亲自去，或通过邮件）跟着要
求Trial by Written Declaration。他们就会给你表。

但是我还是不清楚，按照你的意思，我莫非要交800多+600多，如果上课。。。我想弄
清楚我到底大概要交多少，我现在初步决定去http://www.gototrafficschool.com/上个在线课程，这个要花十几，那么我因上课要交的钱是多少，是800多+600多+这个十几，还是600多+十几（800多 waive成了600多）？
还有就是按照我这个情况plead not guilty该怎么说。。。请教一下，我如果如实说的
话，也大概没什么冤枉，只能说我不清楚情况。。。

发帖数: 38 | 7 不是全程50多，那条路的某个地方，不说全部上50，至少也都是40多，我一般也不会超
过50，只是峰值到了那个数，恰好被警察抓到了

你要是跟周围车开一样快，怎么也不会被抓

如果你在一个你觉得可以开60但突然限速牌不是60的地方，就不能开这么快了。

will only remove one point from your recrod. The other one will cause your
insurance to surge, for at least 3 years. |

option 1. VC 22350 fine should be around $230. VC21806 has a hefty fine.
There may be a typo, the amount in the second option should be $64, which is
the traffic school administration fee. 4/15 is your arraignment date. If
you want to plea guilty and pay the full fine, you will have to pay $856,
plus $64, with a deadline of 5/28. Don't know where the $624 is from. Might
be a typo. |

Where multiple offenses are charged in a single notice to appear, the "total
bail" is the amount applicable for the greater of the qualifying offenses.
我也不是很确定怎么理解。但是我看过以前板上很多加州的有两个罪的人都是traffic
school比不traffic school便宜。
