12,000 miles per year
1st payment only due at delivery
36 months
$387.05 base payment
plus monthly use tax
感觉这个Sales price有点贵，版上好像有拿到EX-L below 30K的deal w/o ttl, tax.
我试着让另外一个deal beat $30K，直接被鄙视了。
另外请教下，use tax是什么？就是在base payment基础上的消费税么？我在KS。 |

发帖数: 114 | 7 同一个Dealer 给我的回复，这个residual，相当于 36 Month-55% of MSPR，算好还是
不好呢？算下来是感觉是不是算低了，所以导致Monthly payment高？这个residual是
怎么算出来，能讨价还价么？感觉lease，就只能在sales price和residual上谈了
The residual at 12k miles per year that I figured for you is $20,078.80.($35

As I stated in last email you would only pay the first payment at pickup.
Honda does offer a $0 first payment lease which would make the payment at
398. per month plus the monthly use tax.
There is nothing to pay at the end of the lease when you turn it in unless
you go over the 36,000 miles or as long as there is no excess wear and tear
charges. |

发帖数: 114 | 11 终于从另外一家dealer压了点价格，2012 Odyssey EX-L 请帮忙看看算不算deal:
Total price inclusive all fees: $31,100
36Month, 12K/year, $0 down, monthly payment before tax: $368
Residual value: $19,626
另外问个弱智问题，这个residual给算高了还是低了好？打算到期还车肯定不打算买的。
另外，好像sales price 差个几百美金，反应在monthly payment上就差的很少了。辛
苦把sales price砍下来，好像monthly pay也没省太多。 |

我在KS，现在能拿到最低的是$368, 36个月，before tax，郁闷呀。
