了，也不想再往里面投钱，于是就萌生了换车的念头。
GF现在开的是去年买的11款 accord，我也经常开，所以我不是很想再搞个dfbb。但是
买二手豪车又被她说来说去的：“都花2W多了，还不如直接上新车” “以后再换车你
这三手豪车能卖得出去嘛？”
大家觉得应该如何选择啊？谢谢谢谢。 |

(1) leasing a car for 30m - 48m. BMW is the best choice here perhaps. 328
around 400/m, 535 should be a deal for around 490/m and the most recent deal
is 750iah @ 600/m. Check bimmerfest.com. You may want to do this if you
like to change cars rather soon.
(2) buy a really entry level new luxury car/business-oriented car, MSRP
around 26-29k; e.g., Buick, Mercury. (You can get a Saab, but I am strongly
against of recommending you to do so as there will be no warranty on Saab.
Check fatwallet.com/c/18 to Saab 2011 clearance if you like.)
(3) finance a luxury car, perhaps MSRP around 28-35k; you should be able to
get *regular* rate of 2% for 3 yrs or 2.5% for 5yrs (penfed.org as the
benchmark), by obtaining all cash incentives. There are quite some choices.
(4) the last is CPO as I really think owning a used might seem attractive
price-wise upfront, it may not necessary always be the best option compared
with brand new cars.

will be some risks if I buy a not-certified used luxury car?
I saw a car this morning, a 2008 infiniti G35x with premium pkg, $24995,
only 17541 miles, not certified. Do you think whether a car like this is a
good choice or not?

发帖数: 368 | 8 if you are concerned with certified, you can do so in many car dealers, i.e.
, Chrysler is certifying any brand of cars and you do not have to do it at
infiniti.
You can get it certified if you think it is worthwhile. The car itself
could be in excellent condition but you need to do the test drive and
mechanic check. The pricing is quite tricky though for used cars but I
would not go above the lowest of (edmunds, kbb and nadaguides) for private
party prices even if it comes from a dealer.
It is just my opinion and you'd better make your choice. I would perhaps
only choose a car nearer than 2010 for a good value, whether it comes from
craigslist or dealer. Certainly there are exceptions, the chances of
getting a deal from older cars vanish.

think it's very very unlikely if not impossible to get a used car deal
especially for a reliable luxury brand like inifiniti with the lowest
private party price among Edmunds, KBB or whatever from any dealer. I think
for the aforementioned G35x with such a low mileage $24900 probably is the
fair market price. It's definitely overpriced from value point of view since
it's a four/five years old car after all. The MSRP was less than $40000 FYI

一般CPO就是在原厂warranty上多加一年的保修,什么100K miles limit毫无意义的, 你
不可能一年多开出那么多的.
二手豪车只要有原厂保修,剩几个月,几千迈就可以了.足够你时间发现问题,在出保时把
该修的都修了,短时间内再坏的可能不大.CPO毫无必要.

MBA的话。。。据说小毛病比较多？心里总有点忐忑，怕整天要往dealer或者修车行里

发帖数: 368 | 20 if MBA is the choice, the best is always leasing a new car. It is fun to
drive and trouble free (and you do not need to worry about selling the car !)
Many people are afraid about leasing while I think it is quite attractive,
given that (2) I am affordable to that car, i.e., less than half of my
annual salary; (2) I enjoy my time with my family than dealershops unless
absolutely necessary; and (3) I enjoy the feeling of new car.
For B (I did not do research on M & A), there are several leasing terms for
a particular car, and it is not necessary cheaper with longer term but all
should give you trouble free (maintenance and warranty covered by
manufacture and accidental by insurance).
Given very good current money factor, it is very attractive option for
leasing a car if you consider the maintenance could be troublesome out of
warranty (e.g., MBA) or financing a car if otherwise (Lexus ...). You can
enjoy the car earlier with peace of mind and needless to say, used cars
statistically break down more frequent than new cars for the same brand/make.

发帖数: 17565 | 26 lease MBA或cpo，出了保质期再卖也可以。头几年不会三天两头跑dealer。说MBA可靠
性不好主要是些小毛病，凑一批去修一次就行。另外就是这些车修起来贵，但是保质期
内无所谓。

发帖数: 580 | 42 perhaps 23k is a fair price for a 3 yr car. If it is the bare minimum of
328i, it was sold at about 60% msrp, same as/similar to the lease-end
residual. If it comes with lots of options, it can be a great buy.
For cars at that age, you have 1 yr service, plus you may need to change the
tires. So the cost after your that year is pretty high ~2000 - 3000. So
is it still a good deal? I really doubt.
For a brand new '12 car msrp 35800, invoice 33200, if you take european
delivery you will *save* perhaps 3000, with BMWCC you will save 400, with
loyalty you will save 800 to the low price of 29000 plus TTL to about 31000.
If you sell that car after 3 yrs at 23000, your cost of owning is 8000 and
trouble free for 3 yrs. Isn't it better than your foreseable cost in your
used car scenario?

我以前那个E46 325i就是买的CPO的，有保修是一会事，你有时间跑Dealer又是另一会
事。每天上班的人起大早上去dealer修车的的滋味烦的很。BMW是个好车，不过以我当
时的预算和自身情况，它不适合我。

好多老美为啥买日车？与普通车相比，MBA维修人工和配件不是一般的贵，
而且有些毛病不是随便找个店就能修的。

warranty.
You can try to quote Lexus ES350 to have a taste. for $23K, you can only get
a 2008 with around 3W or 4W mileage. a new one is more valuable than it. |
