成交后，她把车开回家时，把车撞了。
今天，打电话来威胁说要求跟我面谈：严重问题！
我说是什么问题？她说只能见面谈。
我猜就是想用我少写$1000，来诈钱。

我在加州，请问大家: 我应该如何补救这个？ 少写$1000对我有什么惩处？

。然后二手车私人交易都是sold as it is，不可能有什么warranty之类的，LZ自己别
心虚，一口咬定价格就行，没必要跟他说什么要是逃税了你更惨之类的废话，以免留下

家register车才放心

The minute the vehicle's title is changed, your insurance is no longer cover
the car( your incurance comapny won't want to cover it, i bet, because the
premium is rated on the driver's information too). He has to had is own car
insurance to cover it, the insurance company usually allow a new purchaged
car to be covered under the current policy for a few days(14).
So, it should not be your problem when he had no insurance after bought a
car. |
