UTD student killed in hit-and-run wreck on LBJ Freeway
DALLAS - Dallas police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who killed a
young man early Saturday morning on LBJ Freeway. The victim, Wen Zhan Qu, 20
, was a student studying business at University of Texas at Dallas.
Police say Qu was standing near his car in the outside right lane on
westbound Interstate 635 near the Hillcrest Avenue exit in north Dallas
