测试都过了.但居然说什么Mil没过.是因为才换过电池,汽车的电脑没有complete什么
process.要再开50 mails，回来再测.但下次需多交10刀． 是不是诈钱? 换电池影响

replaced battery), you engine control unit(ECU) has not record enough drive
cycle to report READINESS. According to OBDII definition, you engine can
not pass. - this is to prevent people use a OBDII scanner to reset/delete
ECU error code and then send their car to shop for state mandated inspection
