the red light. Last week I went
to the court for the hearing. Here is the documentation according to my
recollection:
8:30AM
At least 35 people sitting on the bench in the court room. Less than 5 White
, I am the only Asian, and rest
are black and hispanic. 4 people in shirt and tie, others in plain clothes.
Lawyers walking in and out of the
court room in suits.
8:35AM
Judge came in. Start to "call a row", basically cal | d******h 发帖数: 503 | 2 My suggestions for people have moving violations (traffic tickets):
1. Definitely go to the court to fight if you are confident about your case.
2. You may not need a lawyer.
3. Dress formal, suit and tie for man, dress like you are going to an interview or wedding.
4. Prepare well, prepare in front of a video camera. Use non-verbal languages to convince the prosecutor.
Statistically, the officer are unlikely to show up in court because they want to avoid confrontations just like
us.
