"这个严重么" it depends on what kind of demage you caused, if the other
driver is hurt then it can be quite serious | m****y

back of the ticket(s) u received, the information should be there otherwise
you need to call the police department that issued the tickets
if u r indeed must appear in court, you can prepare on what to say to the
judge, for example you can tell him that you hit the other guy because your
tire was bad (to back up this story you will need to show repair receipt
from a garage), if you are required to appear bec | m****y
