发帖数: 6 | 1 I was trying to appeal an unreasonable traffic ticket in New Jersey traffic
court.
The prosecutor was trying to make a deal with everyone. The thing is there
is a $250 surcharge if you want to avoid the points by pleaing guilty. I was
the only one (out of more than 20 people with traffic ticket) decided to
plea NOT guilty.
After waited for 3 hours, it's finally my turn to face the judge. The police
offier was not on court. In other state, the case should be dismissed
