i am totally shocked and freaked out because another phd student in our lab
told me my supervisor is expecting me to finish in two years. when I get
enrolled in my Phd, i have expressed interest in finishing everything off in
two years. but my supervisor explicited said that all Phd in this labs are
three years, so i thought its ok, just one year more. N | d*****e

most of the phd degrees take about 4 years now in australia.. 2 yrs is
insane..
