As my hukou was with my previous institute and they asked me to transfer out
. however, I lost my "paiqian zheng", I can not transfer my "hukou" to

如果你原来学校不合作,但你还没注销户口,那么你应该还有身份证之类的东西
就算没有,最原始的方法是用你父母的户口,他们可以证明你上大学的时候户口转出
他们可以帮你做出生公证
更远古的作法好象是到出生医院找当年的证明

发帖数: 1865 | 3 我记得出国前办理出生公证时候，只看了我的身份证。根本不用户口。他们只管收钱。然后盖章，连英文翻译都要我自己检查有无错误。 |

就算没有,最原始的方法是用你父母的户口,他们可以证明你上大学的时候户口转出
他们可以帮你做出生公证
更远古的作法好象是到出生医院找当年的证明

parents and passport does not.

讨厌的执行制度的人
例如中科院系统为了“治”我们这种的不管户口就跑了的人出的这招
（其实当初要是户口好办的话，我也不至于留到那里就跑了）
真不明白有什么必要，管理这些人的户口能难死人事啊？
再说有什么“管理”可言啊？不就是放到一个文件夹里么
一个研究所能有几个这样的户口啊，
我就是借户口办出生证明，就借出来1个小时就够了，
可是就是不行，就非得让我爹妈满世界的跑，给我把户口迁走，
才能让拿到户口卡，为了落户口还得打点老家的派出所
就是非得让你看到他们的本事，
就是要让你们这些不受规矩的人受点颜色
唉，反正咱人多，最不怕费的就是功夫 |

发帖数: 21641 | 10 平常是没有护照的人,比如小小孩,他们的唯一身份证明是出生公证
出生公证包括一些除了姓名(曾用名)和日期之外的信息,如父母,和出生地
如果移民规定是or,那就可交可不交,如果and,那就..
我记得我每次都是交了的,但显然它不如其他东西使用频率高,因为其他文件我当时做了
同样份数,现在就剩出生公证还有富余

relatives.... |

发帖数: 1105 | 12 That's correct. If you want sponsor your parents to visit Australia or some
relatives to immigrate to Australia, then birth certificate is a must. That'
s why brith certificate is required when applying for PR.

guess you will apply for PR after your arrival, so it is better to have one
in advance.
Whether you were born in hospital or home is not the point. You can bring
your "hukou" and ID card to local police station, which usually can issue a
Chinese birth certificate. You can then find a "Gong-Zheng-Chu" to get an
English certificated copy.

不过我办理时也是找不到出生证了
于是我妈妈去了我出生的医院找到了老医生
开了个证明
然后拿到公安局开具底档证明
然后拿去公证
