明确规定境外个人在本市购买自住商品房的，一人只能购买一套住宅。即：境外人士如
果想要在北京买房，至少要符合3个标准：在中国境内居住满一年或者有关部门出具的
境外个人在境内工作超过一年的证明，除想要购买的房屋外在中国境内没有第二套房产
，并且所购房产仅用于自用自住。
这个“在中国境内居住满一年”怎么理解，我是2000年来的美国，现在也不是美籍，
1999年在北京工作过，近10年就没有在境内居住过了，我满足这一条吗？

了早餐，休息会，去排队。预约的12：15，结果1点还差10分就拿到签证出来了，给我
发了短信。然后去了北京的亲戚家，打了几圈麻将，再坐火车回家。哈哈。下面是签证

爸：您好，我去美国看女儿，这是我老伴，我们一起的。这个是我女儿、女婿给我们准

HUKOU,户口的东西时，这个中国通老外是这样解释中国户口的，说户口相当于中国一个

签证官要签证，由于我刚拿绿卡，爸爸直接递了绿卡复印件
3. 你们分别做什么工作的
爸爸递公司请假条，签证官不要看，要求口述，就直接回答了
4. 还有别的小孩吗？
这个是硬伤，我弟弟今年才来和我同一个城市读本科，我在160里都没有提起他。提前
告诉爸妈如果问到了一定要如实回答，所以就老老实实都讲了。
问完这个以为要没希望了，结果签证官说你们通过了。。。
与一签最大的不同就是上次是妈妈单独签证，这次爸爸一起了。签证官看的唯一资料就
是我的绿卡复印件。
此次经历充分说明，签证就是个运气活儿。。。。。。。。。。。

只递交了前两页（一页中文，一页英文），鬼使神差，证明英文翻译和中文一致的后两
页我竟然没有递交。所以主副招致出生证RFE。
USCIS规定的尿检是2016年九月份生效的，我的体检是十月份做的，医生忘了做尿检。
接到RFE后，又找原来医生补了尿检，重新封了I-693。

translated into English using a template I grabbed from the web. Baidu has
many templates readily available.
I sent back the copy of HUKOU (Home register), the translation, and the

跻身2013年微博十大网络流行语之一的“no zuo no die(不作死就不会死)”，近日被发现已成功被录入美国在线俚语词典Urban Dictionary(城市词典)，引发网民组团前往围观“作”到国外的盛况。该词典收录了很多常规词典里面查不到的流行英文俚语俗语，最新出现的还有“you can you up(你行你上啊)”和配套“附赠”的“no can no BB(不行就别乱喷)”。友情提醒一下，现在的出题老师都“很潮”，大家要及时更新单词库，以免挂科啊！
中式英语进化 拼音混搭英文
近日，不少网友发现，刷微博时每天都会“偶遇”无数遍的“no zuo no die”，居然非常“高大上”地被录入了美国在线词典。
为了一探究竟，记者打开了Urban Dictionary，在搜索栏中键入“no zuo no die”，果然出现了这个创建于今年1月15日的新词。在该词条解释的第一句，赫然写着“This phrase is of Chinglish origin(这条短语源自中式英语)”。过去的三个月中，“no zuo no die”收到了1600多个点赞。

女汉子入选十大新词
热词热语反映社会百态。2013年，又有一批热词进入了语言生活。国家语言资源监测与研究中心在125万个文本语料的基础上，层层筛选，提取出新词语364条。
2013年的十大新词为“中央八项规定、棱镜门、H7N9禽流感、土豪、自贸实验区、单独二胎、中国大妈、光盘行动、女汉子、十面霾伏”。这反映了2013年中国社会生活中的重大事件以及媒体和百姓关注的焦点。
此外，“三中全会”、“全面深化改革”、“中国梦”“老虎苍蝇一起打”“斯诺登”都成为去年的流行词。
大妈和土豪走出国门
随着国际交流的增多，Dama(大妈)、Tuhao(土豪)等词语陆续“走出国门”，亮相国外权威媒体，引起了广泛关注。不同时代走出国门的词语，有的已经进入国外的词典，有的仍然是“海漂”，在国外民众中口头流传。
