发帖数: 45 | 5 APS And srp are two utilities in AZ. APS is a IOU (investor owned utility)
which is similar to PG&E in CA. Srp is a public owned utility and is not
regulated. However APS is regulated by ACC. Anyway, the energy program is
funded by utility consumer as part of administer charge. Applying rebate is
your right b/c only applicant can be benefit from energy program. For energy
rebate program,APS is not making money but giving out part of its profit as
required by ACC.
