They just want to kill Goodle and share what they would gain if they win:
MSFT - dominate search engine market and relevant online ad
AAPL - remove a major opponent in mobile OS/app/device market
AAPL and MSFT do have some competitions in desktop PC and mobile devices but
these competitions are not close enough.
I already noticed that AAPL no longer attacks MSFT via the famous Mac vs PC
series ad.
I'd love to see that happen.

我个人只是想看Apple是否能够教育一下Google不要随便背叛partner

也有人说Adobe是最大的，就看怎么定义了)
但是SB不可能去，MS还不至于沦落到被Apple当枪使的地步
