No. The iMac doesn't put out video signals over USB, and even it did, "USB
monitors" aren't designed to accept them. Such monitors connect to the
monitor or VGA ports in more traditional Macs and PCs. The USB ports
function like the ADB ports Apple put on many of its larger external
