ANNOT ATION 1-4. An Actuary shall not engage in
any professional conduct involving dishonesty, fraud,
deceit, or misrepresentation or commit any act that
reflects adversely on the actuarial profession.

说是有2000人到会，可能luncheon的时候差不多都去了，有中国人，但是我当时不知道
该怎么办比较合适，因为毕竟是学术讨论、不是政治辩论。正好想请教一下，如果以后
有这种情况应该怎么办？

分歧的话题，下面那哥们没有说什么，但是发了挺大动静，直接离开了会场。

PRESIDENTIAL LUNCHEON 上，请来的经济学家在讲她对各国经济前景的展望。最后提问
阶段，有一个中国人问：“我刚看过一个记录片，中国政府在收割囚犯和法轮功成员的
人体器官谋利。请问在与中国打交道的时候应该怎样处理这些风险？”
经济学家说：“如果你说的是真实的，那么这显然是一个很可怕的罪恶。但是政治议题
不是我的专长，我恐怕不是回答这个问题的合适人选。”
那个提问的中国人说声“谢谢”就下去了。大家接着提问财经类问题。
那个中国人的名牌一直是被挡住的，虽然我就在附近，但是看不到他的名字和公司，不
知道他是不是精算师。完全不知道传单的事情，也没听说过ISAIAH FORREST。
我觉得那个经济学家处理得很好。就午餐会上的情况来说，这样就可以了，不需要有额
外的动静。
后来也有好事的同事提起这件事，大家都觉得如果那个中国人是精算师的话，在一个专
业会议上讨论这种问题，是非常不合时宜和不够专业的。 |
