Job title: Director of Finance(高级财务经理或财务主管)美国公司财务负责人
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or above.
2. 10 plus years work experience in an accounting/finance management role
(in real estate companies preferred).
3. Comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and reporting
under US GAAP and SEC requirements.
4. Experience with design and implementation of accounting policies and
procedures.
5. Strong background of technical accounting, including revenue
recognition principles.
6. Excellent planning, analysis and execution skills.
Job responsibility:
1. Establish and maintain formal accounting policies, practices and
procedures to ensure US GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
2. Be involved in acquisition, analyse and evaluate the financial
condition of target companies or target projects in the US.
3. Communicate with Banks, Investment banks or other financial
institutions for project financing, fund management.
4. Manage taxation, preparation of consolidated financial statements,
prepare month end reports both US GAAP and PRC GAAP through communicate with
accounting firms.
其中第二条要求十年以上工作经验，我问了一下，说并不是硬性要求，关键是经验丰富
能够独立管理公司的财务。当然，要求是华人，会说中文。给的待遇还不错。
