do you expect that they'll ask you lots of questions about leadership? I'
ve only heard of candidates rejected during group discussion because they
are too "entrepreneurial." As an associate / senior associate we expect you
to be a good team worker / learner but not (yet) a leader.
2. I don't think it's meaningful to ask about 文化氛围 generally - it really
depends on the specific office or the specific team or even the specific
people.
3. If you expect to become good friends with your co-workers you may have to
adjust your expectation. In a professional world they are just your
colleagues - you don't have to and you shouldn't expect to become friends
with every single one of them. You don't even have to like them - you just
need to be able to work with them. I've been fortunate enough to have made
some really good friends at work, however, I'll never set such expectations.
Remember - you are applying to a "professional services" firm.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leadership
--------
Leadership has been described as “a process of social influence in which
one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of
a common task".
Leadership is "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal". The
leader may or may not have any formal authority.
Self-leadership is a process that occurs within an individual, rather than
an external act. It is an expression of who we are as people.

Leadership questions are commonly asked in the big-4 campus hire interview
to the externship/internship/entry level applicants.
