标 题: cancel已有的appointment，在NTS有效期内重新schedule免费吗？

之前胡乱定了个考试日子，现在要改，但没定下来具体什么时候考。在prometric网页
上准备cancel existing appointment,出现了一行字
"Depending upon the policies and procedures set forth by your
sponsoring organization and their deadlines for cancellation, you may
be required to reapply and pay appropriate fees to the sponsoring
organization prior to scheduling a new appointment. Please contact
your sponsoring organization for more information/"
问了board，人家告诉我去问prometric.但是上面明明prometric让我去问board的呀。
彻底晕了，有谁能告诉我cancel之后再schedule要付钱吗？ | A****L

是不是还是这样的规定。
