学历证书 (yes, if you don't want to send original, Notary copy will work)
速度(slow but cheap, they say 4-6 weeks, but norm is 7-8 weeks even longer
depends on their work flow, need to call them often to make sure)
Before you mail things out, call them to make sure that's all they need. | y***b

Yes, per them.
But I did not send my orig because I have a notarized copy plus I don't want
them get lost in the mail.
