：简历很重要！我国内同专业， 工作了N年， 经验多多， 可是找工初期第一轮建立就
被刷了。纠结了很久， 一工作很久的朋友纳闷看了我的简历发现大问题有动“大手术
”，找了一专业搞简历的， 果然奏效， 前一年四大一面都没给的现在都给了，现在还
在其中之一熬着。。。。。。
简历好看又有内容的同时， 面试技巧也重要。 好像有INTERVIEW 101 ，可以把可能问
到的面试问题答案标准化（根据个人情况， 做3个答案以应变）， 勤练习， 不要给人
死记硬背的感觉，要自然。其实面试30分钟到1 个小时， 很难看出真是水平的， 特别
是ENTRY LEVEL， 有不考专业知识。所以自信很重要， 口齿清楚。
我一朋友在3家四大工作过， 最近转行做猎头了， 她人很NICE。如果大家感兴趣， 我
可以把她的联系方式告知， 她在NYC。只是她国语不灵光；） |

改简历的是朋友介绍的,非职业的,所以不能公开.
最好有个英文名字,会计非理工科学专业,交流很重要.\]INTERVIEW 101 是书,很久前有
人上载过,可能是文学城,不记得了.其实学校图书馆都会有这方面的书.不行可以到
LOCAL图书馆看看. |
