little boss worked for this company only for 4 months, the big boss worked
for 6 years. The little boss said I had no much experience of the job, but I
felt the big boss was some kind of interested on me, since she worked the
same industry as me before. But the big boss said they were still in the
earlier process of the interview and they had some urgent deadline to meet
in 1 week, she let me wait 2 weeks and gave me her | v********e

within 1~2 days after the interview.

要你等的话, 基本没戏. 我自己有一次,通过猎头的,猎头都对我说,offer马上要出来了,只是要经过一些程序, 然后过了一个星期.猎头再打电话过来就说没戏了.
我觉得你可以move on,先不管他们,找其他公司了.

But they have 3 openning posted on November 1, all of them are still open
now. I know any employer should interview as many as they can, especially in
this economy. They are a big company, and their process is very slow too
from my prior experience.I applied on November 1, and got the interview Jan
19, 2010, in this period, I had seen they posted lots of ads on verious
website.Just still have hope. | c******r
发帖数: 1450 | 5 yes, you can definitely keep your hope, but you should continue your job
hunting at the same time. You can't tell whether those positions are still
available just because you are still able to see them on the Internet.
Perhaps those are automatic generated ads, or perhaps the HR is too busy to
take them down from the sites, a lot of possibilities but they can't be the
factors that stop your job seeking.
