If you ask you interviewer when you will get your feedback, and he answered
that they(hr) will let you know in few weeks. Is that meaning you are out?
I just did my intern interview with PwC, just wondering...since I just went
over my resume with them and didn't even get any behavior questions. It
seems that he is not interested...BTW, I'm the last one he interviewed.. |

his/her own style. You cannot judge based on what type of question they
asked. Hope it helps ! |

觉不 high, 我被拒了， 希望你好运。
PS: 我估计你问他/她 when will you get feedback时， 他理解的是什么时候出结果
， 2周是很正常的。

Not a good feedback.
I think I can just move on now.

就是气氛high不起来， 出门的时候我就有预感了。
PS: 你结果还没出来，也不要放弃。 |

他在comment里说我税务经验不够，我当然是经验不够才想申请实习的啊。简历里不都
有我的经验了么···都是看到就纳闷了。可能是因为面试的时候都没有机会借题发挥
吧~

发帖数: 913 | 10 嗯，一面其实不是HR，是TAX MANAGER。那天来的几个面试官全是我们的校友，不过我
对他的practice不熟悉···聊不起来，所以才有说经验不足的问题。
不过无所谓了，现在专心对付考试了~

not NYC. Next time, you probably can show your interviewer the tax courses
you have had before. I think inadequate experience is not the real reason to
get rejected, since most people at school apply for intern are lack of real
world experience.BTW, thank you for the link.
Now i am struggling with either graduate in next May or push off my
graduation date to Fall 2013 to go through campus recruiting again.....sigh.

taking Inter Acct, let alone tax/audit course. For big4 intern at least,
showing soft skills are more important than showing acct course/experience.
There is a reason why most of the interview questions are behavioral, not
technical.

发帖数: 1675 | 14 面试官在面完你之后，再喜欢你，也都只能跟你说是few weeks你才能有消息，这个是
官方的回答。一面的话，发消息是会比较慢一点，一周左右很正常，因为要等周边的学
校candidate都面完才能一起开会讨论综合出来给哪些人发二面的通知。但是如果是二
面，到出offer的时间很快。公司内部，其实你二面面试完的当天就有结论了，我们公
司来说，早上十几个人面试，中午面试官跟recruiter一起round table meeting，午饭
结束差不多1点的时候就有结论，哪些人会有offer了。但是从candidate的角度来说哦
，面试结束之后，2 business day给出来offer比较正常，超出这个时间，基本就是拒
信了。所以也就是黄金48小时，过了那48小时还没消息，就是没有了 |
