发帖数: 4035 | 3 there're different ways to do valuation. you could forecast future cash
flows that frito lay will generate with cracker jack, then discount them to
reach the present value, or the fair value that frito lay would pay now. or
you could use purchase multiples for comparable acquisitions, but that's
private equity stuff that you may not be familiar with.
