大概20分钟，就谈到h1b的事情。他们office只有两年前sponsor过一个印度人。今年他
们的sponsorship很紧，据说是总公司收紧，可以sponsor，但是非常limited. 他们不
能保证一定可以办。然后她问我有什么其它的option,我就谈到opt,还有自己sponsor.
姐妹们知道kpmg是不是允许自己sponsor呢？这个身分真的是压死人。。。有没有今年
拿到kpmg offer的，他们到底还能不能给办身份呢？ |

sponsor,连投简历都不让。 |

来，过了1个月，OFFER就寄过来了。说是明年年底她毕业了就直接过去工作。看起来好
像很简单的样子。。 |

I have gotten word that we are not sponsoring International Candidates.
I am awaiting response from my National office as to the other option we
discussed during your interview about self-sponsorship/.
As soon as I hear back, I will let you know.

自己sponsor的意思只是自己出钱
他们之前说sponsor limited可不是要省那几个钱
而是可能因为lay off或者公司内部政策变化，不接受international student,
连向关的 document都不会给你出具，这叫做不sponsor
很多公司只要有lay off native,就不能 sponsor绿卡，以至于我一个哥们等了3年，
终于等到某一年没有倒霉的白gg被lay off了
这叫做不sponsor

submitted.
I don't think you can pay the money by way of sponsoring yourself. The law
requires the company pay all of fees including attorney fee for H-1B
application. I don't think such a big company like KPMG would violate the
law to allow you to pay yourself for the sponsorship. |

The law doesn't allow to be paid by employees. |
