1. Contractor statement:
Hold the contractor statement during the staff Maturity leave.
2. AP
Handle AP during the AP clerk maturity leave. Then review the AP each week
as the AP supervisor once the AP clerk returns to work. Handle ACH cash
reimbursement; oversee LC application, Oversee and domestic wire transfer.
Drafting, editing future and current company reimbursement, traveling policy
and related forms.
