options, 没有那个钱。有2个proposal:
1. 可以cashless exercise iso option吗？如果cashless exercise, 要不要交税？
or trigger amt?
2. 公司答应可以给免了exercise的钱，但是如果这样是不是等于给了我x amount of
$, 算不算w2 income又要交税？
