trained me and if I want to have something to work, I have to ask around and
usually ppl don't want my help 'cause they don't want to spend time to
teach how to do it.... Sometimes I feel regret to move from Big Corp. to a
small CPA just because of getting CPA liscense..
Anybody can give me some suggestion how to survive in an small enviornment?

manager? If your answers are negative, you probably need to talk to HR to
find a mentor to walk you through the first month so that you can feel
comfortable of what you do. You need to be proactive to seek assistance. |
